Meet the Pharmacists

Meet Pharmacy Director

Meet Beth

For more than five years, Elizabeth (Beth) Schwartz has been one of the friendly faces at Nexus Pharmacy. With a pharmacy degree from The University of Toledo and 31 years of experience as a pharmacist, Beth is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on her patients’ lives.

“I love working for NHA because I can provide not only medication but also counseling that really makes a difference in a patient’s life,” says Beth. “I love to hear about and see the changes in a patient’s health. I enjoy providing help to patients who would not otherwise get care by being a part of the NHA team of providers—to get patients care that fits their life. One of the main ways is providing information on understanding diabetes and counseling to help get your A1C down, and showing people how to use their continuous blood glucose monitor so they always know where their goal should be and how to get there. I also help make immunizations more available to our patients. My goal is to make every customer know that we truly care and are looking out for them to help them be healthier. My motto is ‘We are here to help.'”

Meet Teresa

Teresa Ross joined the pharmacy team in May 2025 as a contingent pharmacist. She brings nearly 30 years of pharmacy experience to the team and prides herself on being friendly and approachable. A graduate of the University of Toledo, Teresa is an avid fan of University of Toledo sports.

She is excited to help the people in our community and provide the kind of care that big chain pharmacies do not.

“With the downtown population growing and a lack of pharmacies in this downtown area, NHA is a great asset to Toledo,” says Teresa.

Come see her and the rest of the pharmacy team! Visit us at Neighborhood Health Association.

Meet Greg

For more than a year, Greg Kramp has been one of the friendly faces at NHA Pharmacy. “What I love about working at NHA is that I rarely have to say, ‘we can’t help you with that,’” he said.

He enjoys being part of a team that coordinates care to solve problems for the patient. One of the main ways he helps is finding alternative medications when insurance doesn’t cover what the provider prescribed.

“I find this kind of work rewarding because sometimes these barriers prevent patients from getting medication they need.”

Greg’s goal is that every patient walks away feeling like the pharmacist is looking out for them. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Findlay. He has been a pharmacist for 12 years.

“We offer friendly, quality service at an affordable price,” he said. “We’re here to help you on your journey to better health.”
