NHA community health centers accept most insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. Health care assistance on a sliding fee scale is available for those who are underinsured or uninsured.

In addition, NHA is proud to feature two senior centers among our network of facilities. Both centers offer a wealth of activities throughout the week for seniors to share experiences and build friendships and connections.
The J. Frank Troy Senior Center has provided quality services and activities since 1980.
The Mayores Senior Center caters especially to residents of Toledo’s historic South End.
