NHA community health centers accept most insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. Health care assistance on a sliding fee scale is available for those who are underinsured or uninsured.
Services offered at The Access Center
- Medically-assisted recovery program
The Access Center is a partnership between the Neighborhood Health Association and Unison Health.
Services are provided by a professional staff of doctors, nurses, and medical assistants. Wednesday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
All NHA services are available to NHA patients regardless of where they receive their care. No one is turned away from care, regardless of their ability to pay for that care.
The Access Center Hours
Wednesday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Closed for lunch from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.)
Summer Hours
First Monday in May through last Friday in August
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Parking is available in the lot behind the building. The entrance is on 1st St.
Patients who are seen by NHA providers can have labs done at NHA. Any patient of NHA who has a lab order from an outside health system may have services done at NHA. Onsite lab services are located at most of the clinic locations. Lab hours are the same as clinic hours.
