Neighborhood Health Association offers primary care at all of our Toledo-area community health centers. Our experienced physicians, nurses and medical professionals are dedicated to providing first-rate, confidential, compassionate care for you and your loved ones.

Scheduling Your NHA Appointment

Existing NHA patients may make a same-day appointment at one of our community health centers. If you are a new patient, you can schedule an appointment by calling the center nearest you.
