NHA community health centers accept most insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. Health care assistance on a sliding fee scale is available for those who are underinsured or uninsured.

NHA PATIENT/CLIENT ADVOCACY
In an effort to ensure that our patients are well served and that any concern they might have relative to their care be resolved as quickly and as thoroughly as possible, the Neighborhood Health Association offers a patient/client advocate for their convenience.
The responsibility of the patient/client advocate is to survey patient/ client needs relative to our services, ensure that our buildings and services are accessible and suitable for our patient. This includes the development of forms in both English and Spanish, the review of patient flow and all other maters which might possible affect patient care.
